Hotel Rates
Sleeping rooms will be available at the conference rate of $184 single/double room. This group rate will be available for stays between September 8, 2019 through September 10, 2019
Reservations
To make a room reservation by telephone:

To make a room reservation online:
Attendees may cancel their reservations with no charge up to three (3) days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made after this deadline, one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Check-in is 4:00 P.M. EST and check-out is noon EST. Luggage can be stored for individuals with later departures.
Upon check-in, the hotel will require a credit or debit card to be charged for an amount equal to the full room and tax for the reservation, in addition to $50 for incidental charges per night. Amounts that are not used will be refunded.

Daily: $26 USD (with in-and-out privileges)

Parking garage does not accommodate oversized vehicles. Height clearance is 6 feet 8 inches.
Fitness Center
Academy participants enjoy complimentary, unlimited use of the 24-hour Fitness Center. The Fitness Center includes cardiovascular equipment, free weights, treadmills, step machines, weight machines, and bicycle fitness, as well as an indoor swimming pool with complimentary towels. The pool is open daily from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM.

Room reservations must be made no later than August 12, 2019. However, it is strongly recommended that hotel reservations be made as early as possible to ensure availability. After August 12, 2019, the hotel will accept reservations at the conference rate on a space-available basis only.
If you are interested in arriving early, or staying longer, to enjoy Baltimore, the hotel is offering the discounted hotel rates from September 6, 2019 through September 14, 2019, based on availability.
Reservations require a major credit card to secure individual guest rooms. No deposit will be charged on guests' rooms to confirm reservations.
