What are the dates?

The Academy is from September 9 to September 11, 2019. Badge check-in for the Academy will begin on Monday, September 9 at 7 a.m.

The full program begins with the opening general session at 9 a.m. on Monday, September 9, and ends at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11.

When does the first workshop begin for the Academy?

The conference begins at 9 a.m. on September 9. Workshops will begin after the morning general session.

When does the last workshop end for the Academy?

The last workshop will end by 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11.

Where will it be held?

The conference will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, 700 Aliceanna Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202.

Is there a room block?

Yes, there is a room block for Academy guests. Please make your reservation by clicking here.

How much is each workshop?

To attend the Academy, there is a fee of $550 (early bird - $450). There are no individual workshop fees.

After registering with the one registration fee, Academy participants may attend all the sessions of their choice throughout the program. There will be a selection of workshops during the course of the program.

Will scholarship assistance be available?

Scholarships are not available for the Academy.

Will there be assistance for hotel and travel costs?

All participants and faculty are responsible for their own hotel and travel costs.

What meals will be provided?

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided each day of the Academy.

I can only attend one day of the Academy. Is that an option?

One-day registration is not an option for the Academy. The full registration amount will apply to all attendees, regardless of whether they attend a portion of or the entire Academy.

Can I receive your W-9?

Can I pay by check or purchase order?

Check and purchase orders are accepted as a method of payment. All checks and payment of the purchase orders must be received by August 2, 2019 (with no exceptions). Please mail all checks with a copy of each registration confirmation that corresponds with the check amount.

Can I register onsite?

All workshops at the Academy are hands-on and interactive. We restrict the sizes of the workshops to ensure high-quality and effective learning environment. This does not allow us to accept onsite registrations.
